Therapy dogs are an asset to our community providing comfort in challenging times for people of all ages. Here at Sirius Strides, we offer both therapy dog classes and therapy dog evaluations for those who are already prepared for the job. You do not have to take our class to be evaluated with us.

Sophia Lewis is our Therapy Dog Evaluator, certified through Therapy Dogs United. Sophia started with Sirius Strides in March 2025 and quickly grew to love therapy dog work. She does therapy dog work with one of her dogs, Chestnut, and is incredibly excited to be able to provide others with the ability to begin this fulfilling work with their own dogs.

Evaluations can be done privately or in a group setting. If you are looking to certify your dog for therapy work through Therapy Dogs United with us, simply sign up for your preferred day and time.
